I'm Adela

I'm an accidental social entrepreneur, an intentional product manager, and a coach by nature.

 

For over a decade, I've worked with multinational teams across India, China, Taiwan, and Europe, navigating cultures, functions, and building products and services that matter. Communication and facilitation are my second nature, whether I'm aligning stakeholders in a healthtech startup or coaching a founder through burnout.

 

My thirst for impact led me to India, where I co-founded Chezuba, a social enterprise featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia. We built an online volunteering platform from 0→100,000 users, facilitating 140,000+ volunteering hours globally.

 

After years of leading product and operations, I realised what energised me most was helping teams work better together. Setting up the systems that create clarity. Coaching people through transitions. Bringing order to chaos while keeping teams energised to do their best work.

 

So I became a coach. AC-accredited, trained in therapeutic coaching, and deeply curious about psychology, behaviour change, and mental well-being. Now I combine both worlds: the analytical rigor of product management with the human-centred approach of coaching.
